Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the Custard factory area and close to the O2 Academy, making it easy to access events and nightlife. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service from the staff was friendly. However, I did find the breakfast options quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it's definitely good value for money and suited my needs well.
The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and close to various shopping areas, making it easy to explore Birmingham. The rooms were clean and had decent heating, though the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy at times. The staff, especially the female manager, were friendly and accommodating, but the overall service could use some improvement. Despite a few downsides, the hotel offered good value for money.
The hotel has a fantastic location right in the midst of Birmingham's vibrant shopping areas and the Custard Factory. My room was clean and kept warm, but I had to share a bathroom which wasn't ideal. The manager and housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, it's a solid choice for value for money, especially with its central location, although the shared bathroom aspect can be a drawback.
The hotel is situated in a very sketchy neighborhood, but it does have great transport links and is close to shopping areas in Birmingham. The rooms were decent with comfy beds and good heating, making for a comfortable stay. The service was especially excellent, thanks to the friendly female manager. However, I found the noise from the nearby pub quite bothersome, especially since it stayed open until 1 am.

Overall, it's great value for money, although the Wi-Fi was not included, which was a bit of a letdown.

Nevertheless, it was good value for money overall.
The hotel boasts a superb location right in the heart of the city, with easy access to the Birmingham Coach station. The rooms I stayed in were clean and had a nice en suite bathroom, making my stay comfortable. However, the noise from the pub below could be a downside, especially if you're looking for a quiet night. The service was friendly, but I felt it could be more attentive at times.
The hotel is located in a prime area, just a stone's throw from the city center and the Birmingham coach station, which made it super convenient for exploring. My room was spacious and had a decent en suite bathroom, but I found the heating to be a bit lacking at times. The staff, especially the female manager, were really friendly and accommodating, which made my stay more enjoyable overall. However, being right next to the pub meant it could get a bit noisy at night.

My room was clean and had a gorgeous en suite bathroom, giving it a comfortable feel. The service, especially from the female manager, was friendly and attentive. However, it was a bit inconvenient being away from the event we were attending that night. Still, for the price, it felt like good value for money.
